This policy covers the public pages of www.bnya.dz. It does not automatically cover app.bnya.dz or other services. The controller is EURL YOUNG CREATORS.
BNYA
Privacy
The public BNYA website receives requests through its contact and action-activation forms. This page describes the processing identified on the site and the technical points still requiring verification.
Requests and correspondence
Forms collect your first and last name, email address, message and request type, plus your phone number, role and organisation details if you provide them. These details are stored in the website administration to receive, track and answer requests. Action-activation requests may also be emailed to Keybox when email sending is configured. Information you send directly by email is likewise processed to answer your correspondence.
Retention
The publisher has set a three-month retention period for requests. Deletion at that point is not yet automated on the website, however, and its operational application must be verified.
Technical data
Running and securing the website may involve technical data such as IP address, connection date, requested page and browser information in server or hosting logs. The publisher has not yet documented their exact contents or the host’s retention period.
Cookies and external services
The map may load tiles from OpenStreetMap, sending requests to that service. Embedded YouTube or Instagram videos load only after a click. Links also lead to social networks. Google Analytics may load if a measurement ID is configured; Google may then process cookies and browsing data. The website does not currently offer a prior-choice mechanism for this tool, so enabling it requires a separate review.
Your rights
Under Algerian Law No. 18-07, as amended and supplemented by Law No. 25-11, you may exercise your rights to information, access, correction and objection subject to the applicable conditions. Erasure or blocking may be requested in the cases provided by Article 35; these are not absolute rights.
